Cancellation Policy

At ZYLOTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that project requirements may change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel ongoing services and the associated terms.
1. How to Cancel
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to zylotechindia@gmail.com clearly stating:
- Project/Order ID
- Company Name
- Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
2. Cancellation Terms
- Before Work Commences: You may cancel within 7 days of signing the agreement with no charges (except any non-refundable deposit).
- After Work Starts: Cancellation is accepted immediately upon written notice. You will be invoiced for:
- All work completed till the cancellation date
- Hours spent on planning, research, and development
- Any third-party expenses already incurred
- Subscription/Retainer Services: Requires 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle. Services continue till the end of the paid period.
3. After Cancellation
- We will provide a final invoice within 7 business days.
- Upon payment of outstanding amount, we will hand over all work completed till date (source code, assets, documentation).
- Any eligible refund will be processed as per our separate Refund Policy.
4. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services immediately without refund in case of breach of terms, non-payment, or unethical requests.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Updated version will be posted on this page.
